Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Services at info@pharmacy4you.co.uk or by telephone on 020 83931260 stating the items you wish to return, name and contact details, within 30 days. Return the goods to us in the exact condition in which they were delivered. Certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly: for instance condoms, medicines or foods. We recommend using Recorded Delivery when returning products. Your statutory rights will not be affected. If we are in error we will refund the delivery charges.

If returning products bought under the "3 For 2" or "2 For 1" offers, you will only be credited if the remainder of your order still fulfils the offer's rules. For example, say you purchased 4 items that were on "3 For 2" offer, and returned 1 of them, you would be credited for 1 item, but if you were to return 2 items, you would still only be credited for 1 item as you would have to pay normal price for the remaining 2 items in your order!
